口腔粘膜病(Oral Mucosal Disease,OMD)内窥镜管理系统是我科研制开发的专门用于OMD的临床信息系统,它由口腔内窥镜系统和计算机系统两部分组成.通过内窥镜系统将患者的口腔粘膜病灶即时成像并由计算机对病人临床资料进行收集、储存和管理,建立OMD电子病历系统,以期提高OMD的诊断治疗、科研教学和临床管理水平.经过两年多的临床应用,建立了450余例患者的OMD电子病历档案,积累了较丰富的OMD临床文字和图像资料,现将其临床应用与护理配合介绍如下.一、系统组成1.内窥镜系统对粘膜病灶进行图像录
