上矢状窦损伤是一较为常见的颅脑创伤,可单独发生或并发于颅脑的其他创伤,在施行开颅手术时由于操作不慎也会造成上矢状窦损伤.由于上矢状窦损伤常引起致命性出血,因此给予正确的处理至关重要.我院自1995年10月～1999年10月共治疗27例上矢状窦损伤患者,结果报告如下.rn
