2011年4月28日下午,湖南省财政厅党组成员、总经济师欧阳煌博士应邀来湖南财政经济学院作了一场题为“美国财政发展方略借鉴与启示”的学术报告。学术报告会由院长伍中信教授亲自主持,刘建民副院长等院领导参加报告会,学术报告会由科研处、财政金融系、法学与公共管理系具体承办。报告会期间,学院图书馆学术报告厅座无虚席,掌声阵阵。
On the afternoon of April 28, 2011, Dr. Ouyang Huang, member of the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance team and chief economist, was invited to Hunan University of Finance and Economics for an academic report entitled “Reference and Revelation of US Financial Development Strategy”. Academic report will be presided over by Professor Wu Zhongxin personally presided over, Liu Jianmin, vice president and other hospital leaders attended the report, the academic report by the research department, the Department of finance, law and public administration department to undertake. During the report period, the academic library of the Academic Library was packed with applause.
