天津凯悦饭店由十九层的主楼和四层的附属建筑组成。主楼总建筑面积42000m~2,每层建筑面积为1656m~2。其地下室为洗衣房、职工淋浴间、空调机房及办公用房;首层为人厅、接待室、小卖部和办公用房;二三层为餐厅、厨房、办公用房;四层以上为客房。客房分为普通客房、总统式套间、皇帝式套间、皇后式套间等几种类别。附属建筑为四层,建筑面积3535m~2。一层为变电室、发电机房;二、三、四层为车库,每层可停放25汽辆小车。汽车靠两部电梯垂直输送。
