为探讨P物质(SP)在变应性鼻炎发病中的作用,采用放射免疫分析法测定了45例变应性鼻炎患者变应原鼻粘膜激发试验前后血浆及鼻分泌物中SP含量,并和健康对照组相比。结果显示:健康组鼻分泌物中SP明显高于血浆中的浓度(P<0.05),变应性鼻炎组血浆及鼻分泌物中SP明显高于正常组(P<0.05),变应原鼻粘膜激发试验后血浆SP明显高于激发前(P<0.05)。提示:SP可能参与了变应性鼻炎的病理生理过程。
To investigate the role of substance P (SP) in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis, the levels of SP in plasma and nasal secretions before and after allergic rhinitis were measured in 45 patients with allergic rhinitis by radioimmunoassay Compared with healthy control group. The results showed that SP in nasal secretions of healthy group was significantly higher than that in plasma (P <0.05), SP in plasma and nasal secretions of allergic rhinitis group was significantly higher than that in normal group (P <0.05) The allergen nasal mucosal challenge test plasma SP was significantly higher than before challenge (P <0.05). Tip: SP may be involved in the pathophysiology of allergic rhinitis.
