本文研究了乙基罗丹明B-硅钼杂多酸-PVA显色体系,提出了测定痕量硅新的高灵敏分光光度法。缔合物的最大吸收位于584nm,表观摩尔吸光系数e达3.4×10~5L·ol~(-1)cm~(-1),为本类体系中最灵敏的方法。缔合物的组成比为Si(Ⅳ):ERB~+=1:4.由红外光谱研究表明,染料阳离子的结构未受缔合物形成的影响。本法直接用于水样及试剂中痕量硅的测定,得到满意的结果,检测下限分别为水样10ppb;试剂1×10~(-5)%。
In this paper, ethyl rhodamine B-silico-molybdenum heteropolyacid-PVA color system was studied, and a new high sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace silicon was proposed. The maximum absorption of the complex is located at 584nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity, e, is 3.4 × 10 ~ 5L · ol ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1), which is the most sensitive method in this system. The composition ratio of the complexes is Si (IV): ERB ~ + = 1: 4. The infrared spectrum shows that the structure of the dye cation is not affected by the formation of the association compound. The method is directly applicable to the determination of trace silicon in water samples and reagents, and the satisfactory results are obtained. The detection limits are 10ppb for water sample and 1 × 10-5% for reagent.
