目的 :研究山精胶囊对心肌缺血大鼠血液流变学、血流动力学、心肌组织病理形态学(HE染色及心肌梗死面积)的影响,观察山精胶囊对心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用。方法 :建立大鼠慢性心肌缺血模型,检测大鼠的血液流变学和血流动力学,对心肌组织进行HE染色,测量心肌梗死面积,观察心肌组织病理形态学变化。结果 :山精胶囊能够降低全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原,升高红细胞变形指数;升高心率(HR)、左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)、左室最大下降速率(-dP/dtmax),降低左室舒张压(LVDP)、终末舒张压(LVDEp);明显改善心肌组织病理学改变,使心肌梗死面积明显减少。结论 :山精胶囊改善了心肌缺血损伤所致血液黏浓凝聚状态,改善了心脏功能及病理性损伤,缩小了心肌梗死面积,对慢性心肌缺血大鼠具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of shangjing capsule on the hemorheology, hemodynamics and pathomorphology of myocardial tissue (HE staining and myocardial infarction area) in rats with myocardial ischemia, and to observe the effect of shangjing capsule on myocardial ischemia in rats effect. Methods: The model of chronic myocardial ischemia in rats was established. The hemorheology and hemodynamics of rats were detected. The myocardial tissue was stained with HE, the area of myocardial infarction was measured, and the pathological changes of myocardium were observed. Results: Shanjing Capsule could reduce whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte aggregation index, fibrinogen, elevated erythrocyte deformability index; increased heart rate (HR), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) (+ Dp / dtmax), -dP / dtmax, LVDP and LVDEp. The changes of myocardial tissue pathology were obviously improved, Infarct area decreased significantly. Conclusion: Shanjing Capsule can improve the viscous and condensed state of blood caused by myocardial ischemic injury, improve the cardiac function and pathological injury, reduce the area of myocardial infarction, and have a protective effect on chronic myocardial ischemia.
