目前,国有印刷企业的发展遇到了前所未有的新情况。科学技术的快速发展,尤其是计算机技术的发展极大地推动了印刷工业的发展,扩展了与此相关的市场,也冲击了许多传统领域。中国加入WTO后,将逐步取消外资进入印刷工业的限制,国内印刷工业将增加许多新的竞争主体,特别是外资印刷企业和民营印刷企业的竞争能力已明显显现,国有印刷企业的生存和发展将面临新的境况。本文试图对影响国有印刷企业发展的外部环境因素进行系统分析,并提出一些建设性对策。
At present, the development of state-owned printing enterprises has encountered an unprecedented new situation. The rapid development of science and technology, especially the development of computer technology has greatly promoted the development of the printing industry, expanded the related market and also hit many traditional fields. After China’s accession to the WTO, it will phase out the restrictions on foreign investment in the printing industry. The printing industry in China will add many new competitors. In particular, the competitiveness of foreign-funded printing enterprises and privately-owned printing enterprises has become evident. The survival and development of state-owned printing enterprises Face new situation. This paper attempts to systematically analyze the external environmental factors that affect the development of state-owned printing enterprises and put forward some constructive measures.
