目的:建立用于毒理学试验的动式吸入染毒装置并对其应用效果进行评价。方法:建立实验动物动式吸入染毒装置,选择4种化学物质配制成一定的实验浓度,采用机械送风装置,经雾化装置雾化后向染毒柜内均匀连续输送液态化学物质气体,在不同时间、监测点测定染毒柜内的温度、湿度和化学物质浓度,观察染毒柜环境条件的一致性以及化学物质发生的均衡性。结果:柜内温度、湿度恒定;4种液体化学物质在柜内的气体浓度具有良好的稳定性。结论:液体雾化动式吸入染毒实验装置能满足液体化学物质的吸入染毒要求。
Objective: To establish a dynamic inhalation and poisoning device for toxicology test and evaluate its application effect. Methods: A dynamic inhalation and exposure device for experimental animals was established. Four kinds of chemicals were selected and formulated into a certain experimental concentration. After being atomized by the atomizing device, liquid chemical gases were uniformly and continuously delivered to the toxin cabinet. At different times, the monitoring points to determine the temperature, humidity and chemical concentration in the cabinet, to observe the consistency of the environmental conditions of the cabinets and chemical substances occurred in the balance. Results: The temperature and humidity in the cabinet were constant. The gas concentrations of the four liquid chemicals in the cabinet had good stability. Conclusion: Liquid atomization dynamic inhalation and exposure experimental apparatus can meet the requirements of liquid chemicals inhalation and exposure.
