目的:研究白刺总黄酮及单体化合物对血管内皮细胞损伤的保护及修复。方法:用高糖(HG)诱导血管内皮细胞损伤,用酶标仪检测细胞内一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)以评价氧化的程度。结果:不同浓度的白刺总黄酮及单体化合物槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素可促进高糖受损的内皮细胞修复,同时提高SOD、NOS、GSH-PX活力和NO水平。结论:白刺总黄酮具有保护血管内皮细胞损伤的作用,与其单体化合物槲皮素、异鼠李素相比,作用效果较强,与山奈酚作用效果相当,其机制与抗氧化作用有关。
Objective: To study the protection and repair of the total flavonoids and monomeric compounds of Nitraria tangutica on the injury of vascular endothelial cells. Methods: The injury of vascular endothelial cells was induced by high glucose (HG). The contents of nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione Peroxidase (GSH-PX) was used to assess the extent of oxidation. Results: Different concentrations of total flavonoids and quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin could promote the repair of endothelial cells with high glucose and increase the activities of SOD, NOS, GSH-PX and NO. CONCLUSION: The total flavonoids of Nitraria przewalskii possesses the function of protecting the vascular endothelial cells from damage. Compared with the quercetin and isorhamipitins, the total flavonoids of Nitraria przewalskii have a stronger effect and have the same effect as kaempferol. The mechanism is related to the antioxidation.
