在油菜生长季节里,冬季的培育管理是为今后打好高产基础的重要阶段,过去在大面积上,往往因为冬季管理不善,而造成严重减产。54及55两年各地油菜在冬季翻耕改种,或在翌年翻作绿肥的都不在少数,虽然这与当年气候和播种迟了有一定关系,但与冬季管理好坏的关系也很大。为了提高油菜产量,保证更大丰产,冬季田间管理工作必须作到既要苗子长得好,又要不受冻,在这个要求下,根据各地群众经验,我们认为在栽培方面应该紧紧抓住以下几个技术环节:
