全国生产CW6163车床的工厂有三十多个.长期以来主要铸件──床体、床头箱体、床鞍及床尾体等的质量不稳定,废品率高于国家规定的指标。 本文通过模型实验的方法研究了各主要厂的CW6163车床床鞍铸件的典型浇注系统及工艺方案,并作出了评价. 在模型实验的基础上.进一步提出了消除夹渣、夹砂及气孔等铸造缺陷的新型浇 注系统。 模型实验的结果.已在生产实践中得到验证,改进的浇注系统已成功地用于生产。使床鞍铸件废品率由10%左右降为零,取得显著的经济效益。
CW6163 national production lathe factory has more than thirty. For a long time the main castings ─ bed, bedside boxes, saddles and bedside body, such as the quality of the unstable, rejection rate higher than the national standard. In this paper, the typical pouring system and process scheme of CW6163 lathe saddle castings in major plants are studied by means of model experiment, and the evaluation is made. Based on the model experiment. Further proposed a new casting system to eliminate casting defects such as slag inclusion, sand inclusion and porosity. Results of the model experiment. Has been validated in production practice and the improved gating system has been successfully used in production. The saddle castings rejection rate from 10% to zero, and achieved significant economic benefits.
