本文介绍了昆钢第三套制氧机空分塔基础结构型式、各层砼的配合比及绝热隔冷层——珠光砂砂浆层施工时的返工教训;对采用低容重珠光砂和度弃珠光砂砂浆块作绝热隔冷层骨料、珠光砂砂浆配比试验的可行性尝试,对珠光砂砂浆层的配比、施工中的一些问题指出了看法。可供新建空分设备基础施工时借鉴,但文中有些数据与现行的部颁规定不一致,应按冶金工业部(74)冶基字第1391号文批准试行的“制氧空分设备基础设计、施工暂行规定(草案)”执行。
