在毛主席“开发矿业”的伟大指示鼓舞下,在批林整风和批林批孔运动的推动下,宣化风动机械厂、鞍钢矿山研究所、鞍钢弓长岭铁矿在有关单位的积极协作下,试制成功了我国第一台QZ—250型大孔径新型露天潜孔钻机。今年1~4月,在弓长岭铁矿进行了工业性试验,4个月共完成矿岩穿孔总量11363米,其中穿矿(f=14~18)5443米,穿岩(f=8~14)5920米,穿爆矿岩130多万吨,平均月进尺2840米,4月份台月进尺最高为4060米,比目前使用的БС—1型冲击钻机提高效率3~5倍。6月中旬在弓长岭铁矿做了样机鉴定。与会代表一致认为,QZ—250型露天潜孔钻机具有穿孔直径大(超过国内外目前所有潜孔钻机)、效率高、钻具结构简单、操作
Inspired by Chairman Mao’s great instruction of “mining development”, the active cooperation of Xuanhua Fengdong Machinery Research Institute, Ansteel Mining Research Institute and Anshan Iron & Under the successful trial of China’s first QZ-250 large aperture new open-air DTH drilling rig.
