“心中有春意,日月常新美”。早在上个世纪60年代,美国著名心理学家诺曼·文森特·皮尔博士经调查得出结论,人们每天感觉心情愉快的时间已经大大缩短了,从以往的每天平均1/3的时间,退减到了每天只有1/5的时间。到上个世纪90年代,许多发达国家的生活水平又有了很大的提高,但人们每天感觉心情愉快的时间却更少了,平均还不到每天的1/9。越来越少愉快,已经成为全人类的一个通病。2000年初,一个国际研究调查组织,对25个经济发达国家进行的一项“你是否每天都很愉快”的抽样调查表明,60%以上的人,已经做不到每天都有愉快的感觉了。
