制备了Al-Li合金中的金属间相δ(Al-Li)、T1(Al2CuLi)、T2(Al6CuLi3)、S'(Al2MgCu)、T(Al2MgLi),在3.5%NaCl溶液中测试了这些相的自腐蚀电位和动态极化行为.结果表明:T1、T2、T相存在钝化现象,S'相则没有;这些金属间相的腐蚀倾向以T2、T1、S'、T、δ的顺序增大,腐蚀速度以T2、T、S'、T1、δ的顺序增大;在8090Al-Li合金中这些相都作为阳极相优先发生腐蚀,T2、T1相的耐蚀性好于其它相;控制合金中金属间相的尺寸、数量和分布可以改善Al-Li合金的耐蚀性.
The intermetallic phases δ (Al-Li), T1 (Al2CuLi), T2 (Al6CuLi3), S ’(Al2MgCu) and T (Al2MgLi) in Al-Li alloys were prepared and tested in 3.5% NaCl solution Phase Corrosion Potential and Dynamic Polarization Behavior. The corrosion resistance of T2 and T1 phase is better than that of the other phases. The size and quantity of the intermetallic phases in the alloy are controlled And distribution can improve the corrosion resistance of Al-Li alloy.
