肾母细胞瘤(肾胚胎瘤、Wilm’s瘤)是儿童期常见的恶性肿瘤,本病的诊断一般来讲不是很难,尤以现在检测手段不断发展,确诊率明显提高。本文就肾母细胞瘤的CT、超声与X线的表现和诊断价值及其局限性作一探讨。
Wilms ’tumor (Wilms’ tumor) is a common malignant tumor in childhood. It is not difficult to diagnose the disease in general.
