为避免工程机械液力变速器在使用过程中出现质量问题,检验人员须在其出厂前进行全面、精确及严格的性能测试。目前,国内厂家及科研机构普遍使用液力变速器空载/加载试验台作为检验变速器性能的设备,模拟工程机械道路行驶及负载工况,进行产品出厂前或量产前检验,以提高产品质量。介绍液力变速器空载试验台控制系统的结构组成及功能、PLC程序以及软件界面。实际应用证明,该控制系统实时性好,可靠性高,使用方便。
To avoid quality problems during use of the hydraulic transmission of construction machinery, inspectors must perform comprehensive, accurate and rigorous performance tests before leaving the factory. At present, domestic manufacturers and research institutes generally use the hydraulic transmission no-load / load test stand as a device for testing transmission performance, simulating the road driving and load conditions of construction machinery, and inspecting products before or during mass production to improve product quality. Introduce the structure and function of the control system of hydraulic transmission no-load test bed, PLC program and software interface. Practical application shows that the control system has good real-time performance, high reliability and easy to use.
