本试验开展了青霉菌灭活菌丝体(dry mycelium of Penicillium chrysogenum,DMP)与木霉菌菌剂和芽孢杆菌菌剂在临沧烤烟生产上的协同应用研究.结果表明,移栽时塘施DMP,团棵期和打顶前再喷施木霉菌菌剂,旺长期再灌施芽孢杆菌菌剂的处理现蕾期和成熟期最大腰叶的长、宽和面积均显著大于常规防治处理、空白对照和仅施DMP的处理;该处理现蕾期对烟草普通花叶病的防效为80.12%,高于常规防治25.30%,高于仅施DMP的处理25.90%;对烟草赤星病的防效为62.24%,高于常规防治5.83%,高于仅施DMP的处理13.29%;对烟草黑胫病的防效为77.42%,高于常规防治15.32%,高于仅施DMP的处理26.61%;该处理的产量为1886.70kg/hm2,比空白对照增产196.80kg/hm2,比常规防治处理增产96.60kg/hm2;该处理的产值为49450.41元/hm2,比空白对照增值6493.15元/hm2,比常规防治处理增值3104.72元/hm2.
