本文报道四川省东、北部汉族人群血红蛋白病普查(10557例)及α地中海贫血发生率的普查(4007例)结果。发现阳性家系25个,异常Hb者58倒,其中1例证实为HbNew York,为省内首次报道;检出轻型β地中海贫血105例,检出率0.99％(105/10557);轻型α地中海贫血75例,检出率1.87％(75/4007)。
This paper reports the results of a survey (10557 cases) of haemoglobinopathies and 4007 cases of α-thalassemia in the Han population in eastern and northern Sichuan Province. A total of 25 positive families and 58 abnormal Hb were found, of which 1 was confirmed as HbNew York, which was first reported in the province. 105 cases of mild β-thalassemia were detected, the detection rate was 0.99% (105/10557) 75 cases, detection rate of 1.87% (75/4007).
