【目的/意义】服务质量评价是高校移动图书馆不断发展和完善过程中的重要环节,然而当前多数高校移动图书馆评价方法忽略了指标与结果之间的非线性关系,严重影响着服务质量评价结果。【方法/过程】本文首先从易学性、有效性、效率、服务效果等方面选取高校移动图书馆评价指标,然后构建了基于SVC的高校移动图书馆服务质量评价模型,最后通过算例分析对模型进行了验证。【结果/结论】结果表明将SVC方法应用于高校移动图书馆服务质量评价是可行的,为高校移动图书馆服务质量评价提供了新的思路。
[Purpose / Significance] The evaluation of service quality is an important link in the continuous development and improvement of mobile libraries in colleges and universities. However, most current mobile library evaluation methods ignore the non-linear relationship between indicators and results, seriously affecting the evaluation of service quality result. 【Methods / Procedures】 This paper first selects the evaluation index of mobile libraries in universities from the aspects of easy to learn, validity, efficiency and service effect, and then builds the evaluation model of service quality of mobile libraries in universities based on SVC. Finally, Verified. [Results / Conclusion] The results show that it is feasible to apply SVC to the service quality evaluation of mobile libraries in colleges and universities, and provide a new idea for the service quality evaluation of mobile libraries in universities.
