通过改变回火温度,研究了回火温度对WB36钢冲击韧性的影响。经室温Charpy(V型缺口)试验发现:冲击值随回火温度升高而升高,但其值并不理想。经过试样显微组织分析及冲击断口宏、微观形貌分析可知,冲击值不理想的原因在于正火冷速而非回火温度,适当改变正火后的冷却速度可改变其正火组织,再通过合适温度回火来提高冲击值。
By changing the tempering temperature, the impact of tempering temperature on the impact toughness of WB36 steel was studied. Charpy (V-notch) test at room temperature found that the impact value increases with the tempering temperature, but its value is not ideal. After the sample microstructure analysis and impact fracture macro and micro morphology analysis shows that the impact value is not ideal due to the normalizing cooling rather than tempering temperature, appropriate to change the cooling rate after normalizing can change its normalizing organization, Then through the appropriate temperature tempering to improve the impact value.
