学生原来是那么的聪明,他们个个都是灵动的生命体,他们的小脑袋中随时都有出乎你意料的想法。面对这些聪明的学生,面对这些生成性的教育资源,教师该何去何从,或是按部就班地用教案约束学生,或是让学生在“动态生成”的课堂上尽情地挥洒他们的智慧,展示他们的创造力,使学生像“野花一样自然成长”。动态生成也是新课程改革的核心理念之一。从要精心预设、需要师生平等的对话、还需要教师具有良好的素养这三方面来讲述如何营构一个动态生成的数学课堂。“,”The student are so smart.Each of them is a life activity. Faced with these clever students and these generative resources of education, teachers should decide on what path to follow, or follow the prescribed order with lesson plans bound students, or students in the“dynamic”classroom asperses their wisdom and show their creativity, students like“wild flowers to grow”. Dynamic generation is also one of the core concepts of the new curriculum reform. From three aspects of preset, teachers and students needing equal dialogue and teachers also needing to have good quality, I’ll talk about how to build a mathematics classroom dynamic generation.
