以高粱和苏丹草为试材 ,发现 :2mmol/L的MeJA处理后 8h ,千金红和AR1高粱的开颖率为 18.7%和 2 .96 % ,分别为对照的 2 5倍和 8.1倍 ;苏丹草的开颖率为 18.4 2 % ,为对照的 14 .9倍。 10mmol/L和 1mmol/L的SA对MeJA诱导的颖花开放有强烈的抑制作用。高粱的雄性不育系和保持系经MeJA处理后 9~ 10h ,开颖率显著增加。其中 30 4 2A和 30 4 2B的开颖率分别为 14 .8%和 16 .1% ,比对照增加 13%和 2 .6 % ,而TX6 2 3A和TX6 2 3B的开颖率分别为 18.1%和 2 4 % ,比对照增加 18.1%和 15 .1%。
