设计了含有较高Mn、Cr、Mo和微量Nb的热镀锌双相钢,研究了不同两相区温度和不同快冷速度对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,双相区退火温度在800~840℃时,随退火温度升高,试验钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度变化不大,伸长率先升高后降低,在820℃试验钢塑性最好。冷速为10℃/s和20℃/s时,试验钢中马氏体较少,强度较低;冷速为15℃/s时,试验钢强度及塑性较好。
The hot-dip galvanized duplex steel with higher Mn, Cr, Mo and trace Nb was designed and the effects of different two-phase temperature and different rapid cooling rates on the mechanical properties were studied. The results show that with the annealing temperature of 800 ~ 840 ℃, the yield strength and tensile strength of the test steel change little with the annealing temperature increasing. The elongation of the steel increases first and then decreases, and the steel plasticity is the best at 820 ℃ . When the cooling rate is 10 ℃ / s and 20 ℃ / s, the test steel has less martensite and lower strength. When the cooling rate is 15 ℃ / s, the strength and ductility of the test steel is good.
