目的:建立了连翘中芦丁的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水(23∶77);检测波长:257nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL.min-1;进样量:20μL。结果:不同产地连翘中芦丁的含量差异显著。结论:此方法可用于检测连翘中芦丁的含量,为连翘的质量评价提供依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of rutin in Forsythia suspensa. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (23:77). The detection wavelength was 257nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water : 1.0 mL.min-1; injection volume: 20 μL. Results: The content of rutin in forsythia from different areas was significantly different. Conclusion: This method can be used to detect the content of rutin in forsythia, providing the basis for the quality evaluation of forsythia.
