The 18th CPC National Congress put forward the general requirements for deepening the comprehensive reform of education leadership. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 11th Provincial Party Committee have made strategic arrangements for deepening the comprehensive reform in education. At present, there has been a wave of reform across the country, and all walks of life are actively promoting reforms. The state and the province have made top-level designs for education reform in deepening the school system, management system, safeguard mechanism, personnel training mode, and enrollment examination system, and launched a series of measures such as the 1 + 5 program for the reform of the college entrance examination.
