上海百联(集团)有限公司是一家跨系统、跨行业、跨部门重组合并的特大型流通产业集团。目前正在制定新的发展规划,加快业态整合步伐,目标是经过3—5年的不懈努力,成为国内外著名的、拥有较强竞争力的企业集团。谋求百联集团的长远发展,核心是创新,关键是人才。从高起点、超常规发展目标的角度着眼,新组建的百联集团必须把加强企业领导人员队伍建设放在至关重要的位置上。我们的初步设想是:以打造“国内第一、世界一流的流通航母”为目标,设计企业干部管理框架,解放思想,与时俱进,切实转变思维观念;勇于开拓,大胆实践,努力创新管理模式;敢于探索,坚韧不拔,不断完善配套措施,为提升企业核心竞争力提供坚实有力的支撑和保证。由于百联集团刚刚组建,现在还无法拿出一套完整的企业领导人员管理的思路,这里只能谈点初步的考虑。

We should boldly develop, boldly practice and strive hard Innovative management mode; dare to explore, perseverance, and constantly improve the supporting measures to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to provide a strong and effective support and guarantee. As Bailian Group has just formed, but now still unable to come up with a complete set of ideas for the management of business leaders, where only talk about the initial consideration.
