作为我国素质教育的重要组成部分,大学音乐教育多年来虽然取得了不小成绩,但还存在一系列问题,如人才培养目标不明确、学生毕业后工作定位和发展方向衔接性不强、学科设置不够合理、教材质量有待提高、大学校园的整体音乐氛围不是太完善、师生比严重失衡等。对于这些问题,社会各界应当立足现状,心怀创新意识,寻求对策,如设定切合实际的人才培养目标、加大投入营造浓郁的音乐氛围、强化教材建设、加强校际联合共享人才师资、科学设置课程、加大学生实践的空间等。
