研究了NiTi形状记忆合金薄带的电阻变化率随应变的变化关系,发现NiTi合金薄带的电阻变化率对应变敏感,且呈现出良好的规律性。从而证明NiTi合金具有优良的传感特性,可以复合于本体材料内兼作传感元件和作动元件,是具有主动监测与控制裂纹或振动的功能的理想智能结构
The relationship between the rate of change of electrical resistance and the strain of NiTi shape memory alloy ribbon was studied. It is found that the rate of resistance change of NiTi alloy ribbon is sensitive to strain and shows a good regularity. Which proves that NiTi alloy has excellent sensing characteristics and can be used as a sensing element and an actuating element in combination with a body material. It is an ideal smart structure with the function of actively monitoring and controlling cracks or vibrations
