图书馆是一个平凡的岗位,本文也是一篇平凡的文章;但通篇却贯串着一种崇高的思想——奉献比索取更使人愉快!作者认为,在平凡岗位上从事平凡工作的图书馆工作人员,应该具备“四要”:1.要具有全心全意为读者服务的心,事事为读者着想,处处为读者服务;2.要具有精湛的技能;3.要具有一定的外语水平;4.要具有健康的体魄。这样,他就能按“优质、高效、团结、文明”的馆风要求,而成为一个平凡而高尚的人,就能切身体验“奉献总比索取更能使人愉快”的乐趣。
