通过现场生产性试验,对比上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)和复合式厌氧反应器处理高浓度中药废水的处理效果和运行稳定性,并后续好氧淹没式生物滤池,以探索一套完整高效的中药废水处理工艺,为生产应用提供依据。结果表明,当进水CODCr浓度为3800mg/L~15320mg/L时,复合式反应器平均出水649mg/L,UASB平均出水13133mg/L。当容积负荷为456kgCODCr/(m3·d)~1838kgCODCr/(m3·d)时CODCr平均去除率为908%,后续淹没好氧生物滤池、砂滤可基本达到排放标准
Through on-the-spot production tests, compared the upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) and the composite anaerobic reactor to treat the treatment effect and operating stability of high-concentration Chinese medicine wastewater, and follow the aerobic submerged biological filter to explore the A complete set of efficient Chinese medicine wastewater treatment process provides the basis for production and application. The results showed that when the influent CODCr concentration was 3800mg/L to 15320mg/L, the average output of the composite reactor was 649mg/L, and the average UASB effluent was 13133mg/L. When the volumetric load is 456kgCODCr/(m3·d)~1838kgCODCr/(m3·d), the average removal rate of CODCr is 908%. Subsequent submergence of aerobic biological filter and sand filter can basically meet the emission standards.
