油品收发、储运过程中挥发排放出的大量有机气体,不仅恶化人们的生存环境,还会带来严重的资源浪费和安全隐患。为完善卧式油罐蒸发损耗的评估系统,介绍了卧式储油罐收发油及静储时损耗的监测试验过程,研究了汽油、柴油在不同操作条件下罐内和排放口处油气-空气混合气的温度场及浓度场分布,简化了储油罐收发油及静储时的损耗量计算式。
The large quantity of volatile organic compounds emitted from the storage, storage and transportation of oil products not only worsens people’s living environment, but also brings about serious waste of resources and potential safety hazards. In order to improve the evaluation system of evaporation loss of horizontal oil tank, the monitoring and testing process of oil storage and delivery of horizontal oil tank and loss during static storage is introduced. The effects of gas and air at the tank and discharge ports of gasoline and diesel under different operating conditions are studied. The mixed gas temperature field and concentration field distribution simplifies the formula for calculating the amount of oil loss during storage and storage of oil storage tanks and static storage.
