一、大屯矿区基本情况1987年大屯矿区一期工程基本完成,现有4对生产矿井,合计生产能力345吨/年。还建成了8万千瓦发电厂、入洗原煤210万吨/年的洗煤厂和机修总厂。铁路专用线170多公里。一个以煤为主,煤炭加工、电力、铁路运输综合经营的新型矿区已基本形成。大屯二期工程已经开工,扩建后,原煤产量将达585万吨/年,发电量13万千瓦,入洗能力可达到525万吨/年,外运煤炭将全部洗选加工后外销。1.煤炭质量情况。矿区内4对生产矿井目前所采煤层平均灰分12%左右;全硫含量0.8%左右。煤的发热量较高,平均发热量为34.29MJ/kg。浮煤灰挥发分恰好处于煤炭分类主要指标的分界线(挥发分V_(def)=37%),上下波动不大。浮煤胶质层一般为9～18mm。煤灰的融熔性温度普遍高1400～1500℃。综合各项指标,目前主要开采的7、8层煤以1/3焦煤为主,部分为气煤,属低灰、低硫、低磷,是良好的配焦煤,也是优质高发热量的动力煤。
