作者采用动物实验方法对染毒氟化钠后,不同时间大鼠氟中毒症状及肝肾组织中Cu、Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn及Pb等七种无机元素含量进行了动态观察。结果表明:①受试大鼠于染毒30天开始出现氟斑牙和骨质疏松,随着染毒时间的延长,骨牙损伤明显加重。②染毒30天肝组织Zn含量明显降低,提示:早期氟对肝脏的影响可能与Zn含量降低有关,染毒90天和180天肝脏中Ca、Mg明显降低,染毒180天肾脏中Ca、Mg含量也明显降低,说明氟中毒时,肝、肾组织中Ca、Mg含量的减少可能是肝肾损伤的一个重要原因。本实验为氟中毒病人饮食中,增加Zn、Ca、Mg的摄入提供了科学依据
The authors used animal experimental methods to study the fluorosis symptoms and the contents of Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg, Mn and Pb in seven kinds of inorganic elements such as fluoride and sodium in rats at different time after exposure to sodium fluoride. The results showed that: (1) dental fluorosis and osteoporosis began to appear in the test rats 30 days after exposure, with the extension of exposure time, the injury of the tooth was obviously aggravated. (2) The content of Zn in liver decreased significantly after 30 days of exposure, suggesting that the effect of early fluorine on the liver may be related to the decrease of Zn content. The contents of Ca and Mg in liver decreased significantly after 90 days and 180 days of exposure, Mg content also significantly reduced, indicating fluorosis, the liver and kidney tissue Ca, Mg reduction may be an important cause of liver and kidney damage. This experiment provides a scientific basis for dietary intake of Zn, Ca and Mg in patients with fluorosis
