老花眼的自我保养一、冷水洗眼法:清晨起床后,坚持用冷水洗脸、洗眼。首先将双眼泡于冷水中1~2分钟,然后再用双手轻轻搓脸部及眼肌20~40次。二、经常眨眼法:平时一有空就利用一开一闭的眨眼来振奋、维护眼肌。同时用双手轻度搓揉眼睑,增进眼球的滋润;闭眼时竭力挺起肩,两眼紧闭一会儿再放松。如此反复操作。
