近日,科学家研究发现,美国人食用最多的汉堡中纯肉含量仅为2%。此外,汉堡肉饼中所含的寄生虫及氨成分对健康的危害极大。研究人员指出,多汁的肉饼只不过是水和其它动物产品的组合,并非纯肉。其中水的含量范围在37.7%~62.4%之间,平均含量49%。除水之外,肉饼中大部分是经过高压处理的动物骨骼残骸、软组织、血管以及纤维性结缔组织。
Recently, scientists study found that Americans only eat hamburger meat content of only 2%. In addition, the hamburger patties contained in the parasite and ammonia components of great health hazards. The researchers pointed out that succulent meatloaf is nothing more than a combination of water and other animal products, not pure meat. The water content ranged from 37.7% to 62.4% with an average content of 49%. In addition to water, most of the patties are high-pressure treated animal skeletal remains, soft tissue, blood vessels, and fibrous connective tissue.
