近些年来,随着新课程改革的不断深入,大部分小学数学教师意识到了传统的教学方法已经不能满足教学的需要,需要改进教学办法,才能提高数学课堂的效率。因材施教正是在这种情况下提出的,它要求教师在进行数学教学时,要尊重学生之间的差异,依据学生的个性特点,制订符合学生特点的教学方法,进而提高教学的效率。
