今年以来价格运行总体平稳,CPI主要受食品、居住类价格拉动,以及受劳动力成本上升导致服务价格上涨影响,形成温和上涨态势。当前及四季度价格运行,仍主要面临来自食品价格上涨压力和短期大幅波动风险、居住价格上涨压力及劳动力成本上升持续传导等问题,此外输入性因素受区域政治局势影响存在不确定影响。建议下一步通过多措并举促进食品价格总体平稳、完善房租调节机制,防范价格总水平短期波动风险,同时应采取措施减轻企业成本压力,减缓劳动力成本上升等向价格总水平传导,以促进价格形势保持总体平稳。
