“动态生成”是新课程改革的核心理念之一,它要求教师从生命的高度,用动态生成的观点看待课堂教学。传统的小学数学课堂教学教师包办代替太多,教师往往从主观愿望出发,把自己的思维过程强加给学生。没有真正体现学生的生命个性,没有注重学生对数学与生活紧密的有机感悟,没有提炼学生在学习过程中的情感体验、价值观的形成等等,扼杀了学生学习的热情,限制了学生思维的深度与广度,不利于学生自主发展。满足学生成长的多方面生命需要及主动参与教育活动及发展,使教育活动过程焕发生命的活力势在必行。
