2008年以来,河南省人民政府把加快发展职业教育作为促进就业、改善民生、提升河南综合竞争力、实现由人口大省向人力资源强省转变的重大举措和重要途径,把发展职业教育事业与促进经济社会发展全局,放在同等重要的战略高度来抓,启动并强力推进职业教育攻坚计划的实施。我省职业教育工作者认真贯彻落实科学发展观,紧紧围绕经济社会发展,面向市场需要办学,以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,以提高质量为核心,以技能大赛为抓手,改革创新,扎实工作,取得了显著成效。
