柴油机供油系统是柴油机的重要系统之一,其性能优劣对柴油机工况极为敏感。在正常的工作条件下,燃油系统的寿命应尽可能地与发动机的寿命一样长,同时,燃油系统的磨损不应当影响柴油机的工作参数。相反,正是喷油泵的运动部件,特别是柱塞副在苛刻的工作条件下严重磨损,大大影响了柴油机动力性、经济性的发挥,并使原设计的供油规律发生变化。然而,长期以来人们却寄希望于材料、加工工艺和机构运动规律上的改进来提高柱塞副的寿命,而对其损坏的主要原因——磨损机理研究不够。本文通过对因正常磨损报废掉的柱塞副进行了仔细的分析,对柱塞副的磨损机理作了详细的描述,并提出了改善柱塞副磨损的措施。
Diesel engine oil supply system is one of the important systems of diesel engines, its performance is very sensitive to diesel engine operating conditions. Under normal operating conditions, the life of the fuel system should be as long as possible with the life of the engine, and at the same time the wear of the fuel system should not affect the operating parameters of the diesel engine. On the contrary, it is the moving parts of fuel injection pump, especially the piston pair, which are severely worn under harsh working conditions, greatly affecting the dynamic and economical performance of the diesel engine and changing the oil supply regulation of the original design. However, people have long been expecting to improve the life of the plunger pair by improving the material, processing technology and movement of the mechanism. However, the study on the wear mechanism of the plunger pair is not enough. In this paper, by careful analysis of the piston pairs scrapped by normal wear, the wear mechanism of the piston pair is described in detail, and some measures to improve the wear of the piston pair are put forward.
