1.10月30日,中国颁布《中华人民共和国民用航空法》,这是我国第一部航空法。2.8月7日,中国航空工业总公司提出的由中国和韩国联合研制100座级客机(AE100)计划获得中国国家立项,西方各民用飞机制造公司竞相争做该计划的第三方合作伙伴。3.10月19日,江泽民总书记参观航空工业“八五”预研成果展示会,对航空工业取得的成就给予高度评价。4.3月28日,我国研制生产的Y-12Ⅳ飞机获得美国联邦航空局(FAA)颁发的型号合格证,标志着该机从此可以全面进入国际市场。5.中国国际航空公司安全飞行40年,并于10月12日获得有权威的美国优质服务科学协会颁发的“五星钻石奖”。
1. On October 30, China promulgated the “Civil Aviation Law of the People’s Republic of China”, which is China’s first aviation law. 2. On August 7, China Aviation Industry Corporation proposed to jointly develop the 100-seat passenger aircraft (AE100) planned by China and South Korea to obtain China’s national project and each of the western civil aircraft manufacturing companies to compete for the plan as a third-party partner. 3. On 19 October, General Secretary Jiang Zemin visited the pre-research results exhibition of the Eighth Five-Year Plan of the aviation industry and spoke highly of the achievements made by the aviation industry. 4. On March 28, the Y-12 Ⅳ aircraft developed and produced by China got the type certificate issued by the FAA, marking that the aircraft can fully enter the international market from then on. 5. Air China has been flying safely for 40 years and was awarded the “Five Star Diamond Award” by the authoritative American Association for Quality Services Science on October 12.
