自我效能感是社会学习理论的创始人班杜拉提出的,他认为人类的行为不仅受行为结果的影响,而且还受人对行为结果的期望的影响。教师要在教学中有意识地培养学生的自我效能感,提高学生的学习能力和综合素质。
The sense of self-efficacy was put forward by Bandura, the founder of social learning theory. He believes that human behavior is not only affected by the results of behavior, but also influenced by people’s expectation of behavioral results. Teachers should consciously cultivate students’ sense of self-efficacy in teaching and improve their learning ability and overall quality.
