鑄鉄的焊接最容易产生裂縫和形成硬度高、脆性大的白口組織,以致焊后不能进行机械加工。为了防止这些缺陷,在国外經常采用銅鎳合金和高硅鑄鉄焊芯等优質焊条,并且在焊接前要对鑄件进行預热,这样就使得鑄鉄的焊接工艺大大地复杂化了。我厂制造的鋼芯鑄铁焊条是用普通低碳焊条鋼絲CB—08或CB—08A,涂上特殊涂料制成的,适宜于用来堆焊和焊补鑄鉄件如机座等。这种焊条的試制成功为代替升貴的双合金焊条,更主要的是为机器制造业用国产焊条焊接和修复鑄件提供了可能条件。
Casting 最 welding is most likely to produce cracks and the formation of high hardness, large white brittle tissue, so that after welding can not be machined. In order to prevent these defects, high-quality welding electrodes such as copper-nickel alloy and high-silicon cast-iron welding core are frequently used abroad, and the castings are preheated prior to welding, thus greatly complicating the welding process of castings. The steel-made cast iron electrode made by our factory is made of ordinary low-carbon steel wire CB-08 or CB-08A coated with special paint, which is suitable for surfacing and welding castings such as machine stands. The successful trial of this electrode instead of Sheng expensive dual-alloy electrode, more importantly, for the domestic manufacturing industry with welding electrodes and repair castings possible conditions.
