目的 研究日本血吸虫 (中国大陆株 )脂肪酸结合蛋白 (Sj FABPc)重组抗原作为血吸虫病疫苗候选分子的潜能 ,并探讨Sj FABPc/Sj2 6GST融合蛋白作为复合疫苗的可能性。 方法 用亲和层析法制备Sj FABPc重组抗原和Sj FABPc/Sj2 6GST融合蛋白。将两种蛋白分别免疫BALB/c小鼠后进行攻击感染试验。结果 Sj FABPc及Sj FABPc/Sj2 6GST分别诱导小鼠产生了 2 3 6 0 % (P <0 0 5 )和 2 1 72 % (P >0 0 5 )的成虫减虫率 ,5 9 36 % (P <0 0 0 1)和 4 9 6 8% (P <0 0 0 1)的总减卵率。结论 rSj-FABPc具有一定的疫苗应用价值
Objective To investigate the potential of Sj FABPc recombinant antigen as a vaccine candidate for schistosomiasis vaccine and to explore the possibility of Sj FABPc / Sj2 6GST fusion protein as a composite vaccine. Methods Sj FABPc recombinant antigen and Sj FABPc / Sj2 6GST fusion protein were prepared by affinity chromatography. BALB / c mice were challenged with the two proteins respectively. Results Sj FABPc and Sj FABPc / Sj2 6GST induced a reduction rate of adult worms of 23 6 0% (P 0 05) and 2 1 72% (P 0 05), respectively, and 5 9 36% P <0 0 0 1) and 49 9 8% (P <0 0 0 1). Conclusion rSj-FABPc has some vaccine application value
