[Objective] To compare the application of different anesthesia in pediatric hip surgery and seek for a more ideal anesthetic mode. [Methods] Forty cases of primary hips undergoing elective osteotomy were randomly divided into intubated general anesthesia group (G group) and sacral vein occlusion combined intravenous anesthesia group (F group). The preoperative and postoperative Neutralization and postoperative MAP and HR changes in children with intraoperative monitoring of muscle relaxant and general anesthetic drug use, the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were compared and recovery time. [Results] The vital signs in group F were more stable, MAP and HR were lower than those in group G, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the dosage of general anesthesia in group F was less than that in group G, The incidence of complications was significantly lower (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Sacral canal block combined with intravenous anesthesia is a better anesthesia method in children with preoperative hip surgery.
