本研究采用计算机配合胃B起观察人体胃窦运动,以胃窦运动的前后径、上下径和胃窦面积为指标,比较了熏脐灸、口服吗丁啉和单纯艾灸对上述指标的影响。发现熏脐灸和口服吗丁啉对胃窦上下径和面积的影响作用接近,而单纯灸对上述指标影响的作用不明显。提示熏脐灸调整胃肠功能紊乱的机制可能与促胃动力有关。
In this study, the computer with the stomach B to observe the human gastric antrum movement, gastric antrum motion anteroposterior diameter, diameter and antrum area as an index, smoked moxibustion moxibustion, oral moxibustion and moxibustion on the above indicators . Found smoked umbilical moxibustion and oral domperidone up and down the diameter and area of the gastric antrum effect close, and simple moxibustion on the above indicators of the role is not obvious. Prompted smoked umbilical moxibustion to adjust the mechanism of gastrointestinal disorders may be related to gastric motility.
