通过马弗炉将热处理后的样品进行不同时间的长期时效,利用扫描电镜和透射电镜分别观察长期时效样品的微观组织和确定样品中的相结构。结果表明,随着合金中的Cr含量的增加,组织中的M23C6数量越多。3种合金在800℃时效处理过程中均有二次γ’相析出,随着Cr含量和时效时间的增加,合金组织中二次γ’相析出数量增加,而900℃时效过程中没有二次γ’相析出。当Cr含量达到17 wt%时,长期时效500 h后,组织中就有针状σ相析出。
The samples after heat treatment were subjected to long-term aging at different times in a muffle furnace. The microstructure of long-term aging samples and the phase structures in the samples were observed respectively by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that with the increase of Cr content in the alloy, the more the amount of M23C6 in the tissue. During the aging treatment at 800 ℃, all the three alloys have the second γ ’phase precipitation. With the increase of Cr content and aging time, the amount of secondary γ’ phase precipitation in the alloy increases, but there is no secondary γ ’phase precipitation. When Cr content reaches 17 wt%, acicular σ phase precipitates in the tissue after long-term aging 500 h.
