目的探讨顺铂联合鸦胆子油乳治疗肺癌致恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法选取望江县中医院肿瘤科2013年1月—2017年1月收治的肺癌致恶性胸腔积液患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。两组患者均予以中心静脉管闭式引流尽胸腔积液后,观察组予以顺铂+鸦胆子油乳+0.9%氯化钠注射液胸腔内注入,对照组予以顺铂+0.9%氯化钠注射液胸腔内注入治疗。比较两组患者近期疗效、生活质量改善情况及毒副作用发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为77.5%,高于对照组的45.0%;生活质量改善率为82.5%,高于对照组的52.5%(P<0.05)。两组患者毒副作用发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论顺铂联合鸦胆子油乳胸腔注入治疗肺癌致恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效确切,可有效减轻患者不适症状,改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cisplatin combined with Brucea javanica oil emulsion in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer. Methods Eighty patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer who were admitted to Department of Oncology, Wangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases each. Two groups of patients were treated with central venous drainage closed pleural effusion, the observation group was cisplatin + Brucea javanica oil + 0.9% sodium chloride injection intrathoracic injection, the control group was treated with cisplatin + 0.9% sodium chloride Injection of intrathoracic injection therapy. Short-term efficacy, quality of life improvement and side effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 77.5%, which was higher than that in control group (45.0%). The quality of life improvement rate was 82.5%, which was higher than that in control group (52.5%, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Cisplatin combined with Brucea javanica breast oil injection in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer has the exact clinical curative effect, which can effectively relieve the patient’s symptoms and improve the quality of life.
